✨ Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking or “no-shows” will forfeit the deposit.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling to ensure adequate treatment time.

We kindly ask that you communicate any changes as early as possible to allow us to accommodate all clients efficiently.

💗 Payment Methods

We accept cash, card, and mobile payment options.
Full payment is due upon completion of your service.

At Bright & Bling Smiles, we pride ourselves on providing safe, professional treatments under the care of a Certified Registered Nurse.

Please note:

• Teeth-whitening results vary for each individual based on natural enamel shade, lifestyle, and previous dental work.

• Whitening treatments do not change the colour of crowns, veneers, or fillings.

• Temporary sensitivity may occur after whitening — this is normal and subsides within 24–48 hours.

• Tooth gems are cosmetic and non-permanent; proper aftercare helps ensure longer-lasting results.

• By proceeding with any service, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and consent to treatment provided by Bright & Bling Smiles.
